Ok i have a Window ME computer, and i also was gaven a e machine computer and i has Windows Xp and it has a 80 gb hard drive but that computer doesnt reconize having a monitar plugged into it and was wondering id it was safe to put that hard drive in place of my Windows ME hard drive that is 20 gb and i have 640 mb of ram so i can run it and can upgrade have other sticks but havent used and was wondering if that was safe to do..... Plz Help......:) Thanks

It's safe enough, but it's not likely to work.
If you have an install disk you may be able to do a repair install, but you'd do just as well to do a clean install.
Your ME computer will probably run Ubuntu, which would be a considerable improvement over ME.
