I have a Canon bjc-1010 that I bought when I had Windows 98. I now have XP and know that it is not compatible. I have downloaded an updated driver through Canon, but still cannot print. Is there something I should have done other than downloading the driver?

There are many things besides the driver that can cause printing problems...
:?: Can you give us some more details please? Like specifically what happens when you try to print; is this a totally new computer or did you just upgrade the OS from 98 to XP; parallel or USB, etc.
