i recently deleted a lot of programs from my computer and when i logged on to the net with ie all the pop ups were blank so my use is now very limited can anyone help me?

A lot of programs!! ,would you like to elaborate as to what programs ,and you use the dreaded word deleted ,do you mean uninstalled .
