When booting my computer I get a message regarding GetProcessFlags in dynamic library that Kernel32.dll is missing. I do see that file in the system32 folder under C:\Windows. I am using XP SP2 and don't know how to correct this and get rid of the message.

Jump to PostVineet, operate under the assumption that kernel32.dll is fine, instead look for a startup program tha might have a problem. You could use msconfig to temporarily stop things such as Orbit Downloader, TUProgST, GoogleUpdater, and restart to see if the error re-occurs.
