Add-on for Windows7 File Manager

Is there an add-on for Windows7 explorer that you can add some or most of the features found in other 3rd party explorer file managers eliminating the need to install a 3rd party file manager.

might help if you mentioned what functionality you are trying to add, as not everyone has/is using said 3rd party file managers :)

Nothing specific, just what you would find in file managers such as Total commander, as in split windows and other features whatever it has :)
