Hey All,
I keep getting 2 different errors that I can't seem to fix on my Dell running XP with updated service pack 2.

1. When I open the control panel or any option on the control panel I get an error that says: "Resources not Available"
It is a pop-up and I click ok and everything seems to work ok.

2. I keep getting an error that says
"Error: The QT.dll file cannot be located."

Don't know what to do with either of them.

I have a hp pc. I had problems with SP2 after downloading it. I had to uninstall and go to hp for a fix then reinstall sp2. I sugest go to dell support see if you can get help there. Search their support site for your error messages.
