My computer with Windows 7 on it crashed, and I need to reinstall. I have already backed up all the files that are necessary, but there are some programs (such as Spore and the Adobe Suite) that have DRM, such that I will not be able to fully install it again if I do not deactivate the products. Also, it would be nice not to have to reinstall everything that's on the computer right now.
Is there any way that I can copy the Windows registry directly off the hard drive?
