Got MPEG-2?

Using Nero express, I was trying to copy a short video using the Video CD option, and a message came up explaining that I would need MPEG-2 in order to do this, why they would offer this option without that capability is another issue for another time. I found a definition for m-peg, but what is mpeg-2, and how do I go about getting it?

You need to get nero ultra ,express is just that express, quick and free ,all options come with ultra
