What "Fax server" is good?

These days, I am considering buying a fax server, also called fax software. But when I google it by the world "Fax server", these are so many! I just have no idea to choose one..
Can anyone offer some suggestions?

well, about 8 or 10 users.
the budget is no more than $340.
and the factor is I hope to route the incoming faxes to the specified users and their email addresses..
