Can't help you if the request doesn't make sense. Like what is AD account? What website you are browsing? What other user don't have problem? I only know you are using Internet explorer.
Anyway just a guess why your account has been lock out is because your user account could have been use for spamming, sending virus or for cracking into other computer. And it was mark by other user as spammer. Have you try Firefox browser? Try different browser.
