My brand new HP color laserjet CP3525n printer des not recognize documents sent to it from my computer (windows 7). I was able to print the printer's configuration but it will not print anything sent to it from my computer. Please help!

sent to ?? Are you also speaking or any type of wireless or networked to the printer ??
Also check for updates for sure first see if that fixes it. As i just had an important update something to this effect kind of like the other day. Update was dated tho like 3 mths ago.
So basically if you right click on an item and select print, it doesnt do anything at all ?? No errors or pop ups even ??
