I use logitech bluetooth keyboard & mouse.. But after installing the latest driver updates from logitech I am not able to connect other bluetooth devices to my hobe and the error"unable to locate btballoon.dll." is shown.....PLS HELP ??

Running a registry cleaner to "fix" this is not a good idea. Could very well cause more problems than it fixes.

Perhaps somebody else has a better idea, but a registry cleaner ain't it :)
