I'm not sure if this is the correct forum for this, but I'm kind of at my wit's end. I'm running an internet radio station using Windows Server 2003 R2 on a Dell PowerEdge SC1425. I'm using Apache Server 2.2.17, SHOUTcast DNAS, WinAmp 5.601, PHP 5.3.3, and PERL.

Someone out there is dumping an .htaccess file on every folder on this server. It stops my radio station from functioning and takes time to clean out. I'm on a 10.x.x.x internal network but have a dynamic address coming into my router. Router is Belkin F5D8233-4v3. The firewall is on.

My biggest issue may be my lack of experience in setting up the firewall in Win 2003 to allow music to go out, but also the website to collect song title info and display it. Sometimes we have to admit our shortcomings...this is one. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
