Hi,
I am having the same problem as posted on an old thread but my DVD burner wont burn either it keeps ejecting the blank discs saying there is insufficient space. I am using Nero 7 and am on xp can anyone help?

--- are there any yellow exclamation points? if so, what is the device name?borrow a blank cd from a friend and see if it still does that.
buy a cd drive cleaning kit and use it.

No there are no yellow exclamation marks. I have inserted a blank CD and that also reads 0 space available but I have not tried burning it.
I will look for a CD cleaning kit at the weekend if no other solutions work. Thanks again.
