toolbar not visible

HI folks, my toolbar after some idle time just disappears... I tried toggling the F11 key just to confirm that it is there, but invisible. The only temporary solution is restart the computer. It appears after restarting, but then, disappear again. I tried to fix it with the recovery partition, but the problem persists. I think there might be some virus in that partition. Anybody could give me a hand pls? tks a lot
