HELP!!! I get this error message everytime I try to load Auto Cad 2000. Top Of error box(16 bit windows subsystem)

Error message C:\windows\system32\autoexe.nt.The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft windows applications. How can I correct this?
