hi all,


When I start my system only background wallpaper is visible, the desktop icons are not visible.when I run the explorer.exe on the new task of task manager,then only they are visible. When ever i restart the system the problem is repeating.

Is there any reg corrupted or any other solution for this?

The same thing happen on my father's laptop now long ago. I ran malwarebytes and the problem is solved. Till now I am not sure what just happened but you can give it a try.

This key...
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon]
should have Explorer.exe as the Shell entry:
"Shell"="Explorer.exe"
That starts explorer automatically when you log in.

try to hit ctrl alt del, then at the taskmanager click on processes then find the explorer.exe the highlight the explorer.exe below is press the end task. dont close the task manager after that. all you have to do is to click file menu in task manager then click new task run. after that type the explorer.exe then press enter... it goes to normal hope it works....
