I am looking forward to start an application (in my case Jdownloader) with the PLAY/RUN option started in Windows 7. Can anybody help me on this?

I was going to suggest setting up a boot script that ran the at daemon or something, but this "Play/Run" option is an actual feature of the program that he is trying to run. So I'm unsure of how to proceed with this, maybe there is some script that can be run that someone has already made? Otherwise, I'm not sure.
