im using word 2010 and can't change the margins. everytime i try to the system tells me that increasing the right margin can cause other columns to become too narrow and it doesn't allow me to change the margins. the problem is that i'm not changing the right margin, i wanted to change the top and bottom margins. this is really frustrating. can anyone help me?

Check with your paper size settings and also printer properties.
