When im logged in an adminstrator account some folders say that you dont currently have permission to access this folder.How can i get to delete it or is there any software that you advice me too install on my PC???

As the administrator, you should be able to go into the settings of the computer to fix this. If that does not work, post a picture of the message, and i will be able to help you more

An administrator does not normally have access to the personal files of other users, those in their My Documents folder. But it's a computer, the stuff is there....

What kind of folder is it?

If its a program or software folder, than you probably will have to either re-downlaod to get the "clearance". You may also be able to reset the "security" in the menu.
