Loaded with viruses!!!!

Just was told that my computer is loaded with worms , trojans, and spyware. Any program to clean, it is shutting down all my microsoft programs--I cant send an email from windows live mail. Thank you in advance. Here is my hijack this:

I'm seeing web pages that tell anyone that along with CALL THIS NUMBER NOW scams. Tell more.

I have not been able to send an email with a picture so I called Cox Cable. They checked and I was able to see my email so they gave me the number to windows live mail. 1-844-641-0027. He checked and found lots of my microsoft programs shut down and said I have 15,000 viruses. He wanted 120.00 to fix and give me their virus protection. I am running super anti spyware now. But no emails will go out. Thank you,

That appears to be one of those 844 support numbers that is NOT Microsoft. Here's the other things to scan with:

But being unable to send a picture is NOT a sign of a virus. I'm running into new users that want to send many megabyte images and well, they just just that new.

If you can send email, then it's most likely a send size limit issue and not a setting or virus issue.

Has anyone talked to you about limitations in email?

I've run the program and I know there are jimits to what I can send but I cant send any type of email and when I try to open windows live mail it just says 0 of one comleted and wont open.

Tell me what web page you used to setup your email in your system. It's not automatic.

It came set up with the computer. I use explorer and chrome.
