I have Windows xp pro and 98 installed on one hard drive and linux on another drive. My windows 98 works fine but xp does not boot.Screen just blanks out after the Windows xp screen showing the blue moving bar. But xp loads in safe mode.Similarly linux also blanks out after initial screen.
Please help.

I went to
Control Panel->Display->Settings->Advanced->Monitor
But properties is disabled.
How should I uninstall the driver?
I went to device manager and unistalled Intel 821810 Graphics Controller in display properties
But problem persists.
