Hi

I am new to Daniweb and looking for a bit of assistance

Can anybody help me through this process with some advice ideally a step-by-step guide on how to re-install XP home. The disc I got with my PC is a Recovery Disc only and I don't know how to format my hard-drive and reinstall from the recovery disc.
My PC Manufacturer is gone bankrupt so I have nowhere else to turn to. I have reset my PC to factory settings but it is still slow and then freezes. It cannot be used.
