I recently modified the text on my Windows Start button using readily available documention on the internet. The only problem or limitation is that the changes have to be hardcoded on every individual computer. What I am trying to do is put a variable in the exe file that will grab the computer name and display that as the name of the start button. If this was possible I would then send a package to the pcs on my network so that they would grab the existing computer name and display.
