I go to control panel and folder options to turn on my active desktop, but that choice isn't available to me. My computer won't let me choose it. What do I do to make it a choice?:?:

im not sure why you want to use it since that is so like 1998. anyway.
win2k:
start > control panel > display > web > new. (make sure you check show web content on my active desktop)
winxp:
click start > control panel > display > desktop > customize desktop > web > new. and your set.
