I seem to have lost "disk cleanup" and defragmentor from my start menu.

How can I restore?

So you go all programs > accessories > system tools, and they are not in that menu?
How bout if you go Run cleanmgr
Or Run dfrg.msc
?

dfrg.msc as a Command line program brings Defrag up, but what about reinstalling defrag in system tools?

Also, I am missing "Disk cleanup'
