How to choose from two simultaneous internet connections

I have two internet connections: one is broad band and the other is dial up. None of them use proxy to connect to internet. I use FireFox browser.

How can I configure FireFox to use a particular connection?

If it is not possible on FireFox, is it possible on any other browsers and how?
