One of my users has raised a complaint that his previously sent recipients are not appearing as he types them into the "To" field of a new message. He claims that it has always worked in the past but has just stopped all of a sudden.

Is there a setting somewhere in Outlook 2003 that turns this feature on or off?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
