hi i think i downloaded a spyware product it pops up in the toolbar saying 'security warning:you're computer may be infected with harmful or unwanted viruses' right click only gives you open and close and double click opens into 2 a file that is meant to look like windows security centre but is slightly different. i think i have located the files in my computer, norton 360 is managing to delete the trojans ect that it must b lettin in but it cant locate or delete this program,, as yet its done no harm 2 my pc that i can c.

this is what the suspected files r called: folder:bevenwpc, file :dqzoxytm.dll
and folder:wnbdhjfo file: frntkmuew.dll

i cant delete these just comes up with unable 2 delete check it isnt write protected or open...

can you help?

try going into safe mode to delete them ,to get there boot computer,then hitting the f8 key until you get the option to choose safe mode
