IIS Disappear off and on On server 2003

Dear Experts,
Thanks for help.
I am using server 2003, SP 2, once a month it happened that when I try to connect my work on local server , there is no website in IIS Manager.
Then I have to reinstall IIS and again setup my website. Its really not a good work.

Kindly help me.
