I have a toshiba laptop from my old workplace, company went bust and never collected the laptop, but i cannot get past the logon screen, i cant access bios or anything. any suggestions?

What operating system is it running?
Does it ask for a hard drive password?
Have u already tried pressing F2 or Del?
