I'm trying to bridge my laptop to my xbox and it worked the first time but when i tried to do it again i opened my dongle properties, went to advanced and tried to enable ICS it comes up with

error 1003: cannot complete internet connection sharing
when i try to turn my firewall off to connect it comes up with

"windows firewall settings cannot be displayed because the associated service is not running" or " cannot stat F/ICS service"

any help with this would be greatly appreciated
