Log into the device that is proving this WiFi service. Review the configuration especially the key that you have saved for WEP or WPA. Also, make sure you haven't configured any MAC filtering or something else that would prevent mobile devices from connecting. If you get stuck, you can reset the device back to defaults and reconfigure from scratch.
