My comouter which i just updated to windows 7 can no longer connect to the interent. It could beofre when it was on xp but now it says no networs found. my sound also doesnt work. it says no audio device installed but there was before

It appears that Windows doesnt recognize some of your hardware. If you go to device manager (in computer management console), you should see a list of unknown devices.
You will need to download the drivers and install them so that the hardware can be utilized.
