For example i have a logical topology like this:

how do i make a physical topology for this one?
can you give me some details that i should consider.
or can you show and explain to me some examples of physical topology?

you would just be more detailed in your physical diagram. (include actual router models, speeds of links running between devices, whether the device is core or edge, etc). Many people draw up network digrams differently-just do what makes since to you. Here's a link for an example:
