Hi all. I pretend to know what I am doing on computers :) and recently watched as my fiancees brother was able to log onto any computer from his laptop. I was thinking he was using the Remote Desktop sharing thing on XP but was a bit confused because it was not stuttery at all. It was as if his laptop was that computer!
Any ideas or was he just using Remote Desktop? The last memory I had of that is that it was a bit stuttery.

VNC is gotten pretty fast now. I think your brother in law might be using a different program. Logmein could be it, but let me ask you this, was he connecting through a web browser?
