Will this graphics card output 1080p?

So i'm setting up a 32" 1080p tv to my pc and I need to upgrade my graphics card to output HD video.

I've found this graphics card which will fit in the pc.

I don't know much about graphics cards so here's my question..

Will this output 1080p video if I connect it to the tv using the HDMI port? Thanks!

The answer is in it's technical specs. DVI Max Resolution : 2560x1600
