How much time Google will take to de-index 301 redirected old URLs?

I have changed URLs for 11,000 product pages. And, set up 301 redirect to new product pages on 3rd July, 2012.

Google have crawled and indexed 60% new product pages. But, old product page URLs are still in indexing.

This is creating bigger issue regarding duplicate page Title & meta Description.

I would like that, Google will De-Index all old URLs and replace new one.

How much time Google will take to De-Index all 301 redirected old product pages from indexing.
