i downloaded wikepedia files related to some topic.i saw a desktop.ini file hidden along with it.When i opened it it didn't revealed any extractable information.its format was not understandable.When i opened it with dos it showed nothing.Can you tellme what it is and how can i see the contents in it.

was the file desktop_.ini or desktop.ini? if it's the first one then it's the fujacks virus but you confirm which one it is first.
