Ok so does anybody know of any good books or websites that can help me out. I mostly know C++ pretty well know and I am trying to build a game using MSVC 2008 with C++ and directx9. Is there any books or resources that would help me with further research into this topic as I have been looking but have not managed to find much that has been that useful to me.
