I am working on an Android app for a company. Their website is hosted on godaddy and all of the info I need for a "news" section are in their MySQL database. What is the best way to show the latest news in the app? I figure the easiest way is just to create another webpage and use php to grab the information, but I don't want to leave the app by opening the web browser to just display some news. I want it to be seamless and use the data however I want it the app. I'm sure there are some good tutorials on this, but I haven't really found one that is what I'm looking for.
