for example ball 16 pieces if u have borrow 6 only all items have been borrow also

Is your system similar with a POS and Inventory System? If it is so, I can help you.

I would hope so -- that was probably the dumbest thing I have ever seen posted here at DaniWeb since I first joined. Why didn't you just open your wallet and toss all your money out into the street?
will you must have an inventory table in your database. have a column for "ItemID", "ItemDesc", "QuantityIn", "QuantityOut", "QuantityRemaining"
so you can update now your inventory table according to itemID. hope it would help. lol
