Peace be on all the readers, i want to read a dbx file from Outlook Express in C++ or even in C#. But i dont know how to do this. Can anyone help me please !!!!!!!

Thank you so much for your concern n attention, but the links you told me are for downloading a seperate analyzer for reading an oe file. cant i code it myself anyways ??? coz when i've to submitt my project i cant give the downloaded portion along ... :)
