How would I extract proxies from a website and then display them on a listbox. I was thinking about doing webRequest. Can anyone help me out with the coding?

Like say I want to extract every proxy on every page of these sites:http://www.samair.ru/proxy/proxy-01.htm , http://www.ip-adress.com/proxy_list/ , and http://www.proxz.com/proxy_list_anonymous_us_0.html . How would I do that?
