You haven't given us enough information.

Do you know anything about Pascal?
Are you able to make most of the program, but are stuck on a specific issue?
What is the full description of what this program is supposed to do?
Do you expect us to write all of it so you don't have to do your homework?

My comment may come off as rude, but it was a legitimate question. When you say what you need to program to do but you don't specify what questions you have, we have to assume that you want us to give you the code. In short, the fastest way to get the help you need is to ask the questions that you have, so we don't have to pry them out of you.
