i am using a template which is working fine with mozilla, but it shows allignment problems with safari, is there any code to make templates cross - browser compatible.

That depends on what kind of templates are you talking about. It makes no sense if you have to use the elements in your current template and want to seek another one. In this case, you'll have to adjust the CSS manually.
Adobe provided a 'browser lab' where you can view you result of several browsers simultaneously, in one web page. Google it.
