I am new to C# and looking for the below helpful links, which contains

1. All the C# builtin classes and their description
Example:
string : to perform operations on string
Convert : To convert from one type to another type

2. Tutorial on Visual studio development environment 2010 or 2008.
Explaining about each and every menu option.

I would suggerst you to get some book for beginners. It will really help you out, because you have to get some basics before going into coding.
A good one for you would be Illustrated C# 2010 (or 2008).
