Are you making a web browser?
Google Chrome was built using WebKit. This looks like a good implementation of it in C#. But really, you have to ask yourself "Why am I making a webbrowser when the market is clearly dominated by really good ones already?". If the answer is to learn something new, then have atter. If it's because you want to make and market a browser, that's probably not a very good idea.
