There are so many bio metric devices available. It is better to ask the manufacturer for the APK that could be incorporated into your code.

To add onto what samsylvestertty said,
Your best bet is actually to ask the manufacturer. If they have an SDK, they also can sometimes help with telling you have my implement and use it (like if it's non-native code)

ask them the TCP commands , and control those TCP commands in .NET ... if the want the best answer refer the above 2 users..
