Hi guys,

I'm trying to write the code to allowed me to store each data in a database from the arrays, but it give me the error.

[b]Error: InterfaceError: Error binding parameter 0 - probably unsupported type.[/b]

Code:

#generating the program button ids
for generate_ids in range(3002, 3485):
    program_id.append(generate_ids)

#create the rows to count for the 69 program buttons
row = range(0, 484)

#program_id[row]

#store the buttons in the database

The error are jumping on this line:

As you can see in my code, I'm using the variable program_id outside the for loop. I'm using program_id to generate the list of the ids for the buttons. And I'm also using the variable program_width to get the list of buttons size. I'm trying to find a way to store the data in a database.

I guess that I'm trying to write a list of data in a database at the same time that I don't get them separate from the other data when I stored the data in the arrays.

Can you please help me how I can split the data from the arrays to get them to separate from the other data so I can put each data in the database in each time when I write the data in the database?

What is your database ? You are trying to perform multiple SQL statements at the same time. In the usual python dbapi, this is done with cursor.executemany(). Did you try

cur.executemany("INSERT INTO buttons(button_ids, button_width)" + " VALUES(?, ?)", zip(program_id, program_width))
